I am totally swooning over these photos and this field of wild flowers.

Cheers to Friday girls! One week down, three more to go until the semester is over and I'm freeee. Yesterday was nice because class was cancelled so I got to sleep in a little and get in a full day of work! Besides the weather, it was a mini taste of what summer is going to be like, so now I really can't wait!
Once it finally is summer, or at least until the weather starts to feel like spring, this top is going to be a go-to for me! It really is the must have off the shoulder top of the season. I loveee that it's denim and the frayed hem is a great detail. I paired mine with white denim, but it would also be great with cut off shorts when the weather gets warmer. I purchased mine at Sadee's and I believe there are still some available. It is sold out online, but when it's restocked I will be sure to let you know!
These photos were shot by Jay Cassario, if you couldn't tell haha. He's my go to guy when I'm itching for some professional content. He always captures beautiful images in his own creative way. I am more than happy with these photos (as usual) and I can't wait to see what we come up with next!
Thanks for stopping by!

Now, about the photos! These images turned out AMAZING. I am obsessed with the rustic chic vibe and this backdrop is just gorg. Jay did a fabulous job yet again. Colorblock Poncho
This is my final and personal FAVORITE post in my fall fashion series shot by Twisted Oaks Studio. All of the photos are incredible, but these just speak to me. The vibe is natural chic which I think is amazing. The color tones are gorgeous. The scenery is perfect. I love how my hair matches the tall grass (thanks to Dina Rae at Suede Salon & Spa!) I love how my poncho matches the sky. Everything just flows and fits together perfectly.
Jay was able to capture exactly what I pictured in my mind and more. I love the photos where you can really see the lashes and how pretty my makeup looks because of Kat from Taffeta Design. Everything about the photos is just fab.
My poncho is from Sadee's and it comes in two color options- cool tones or warm tones. I chose the cool tones because it is unlike anything I have and I wanted to show that these colors work for fall. The poncho is reversible which I love because one side (the side shown in these images) is more bold and the other side is lighter so you have options depending on the look you're going for.
I hope you guys enjoyed this series as much as I did! I can't wait for future posts like this since I have so many ideas now! Let me know in the comments what you thought and if there's anything you'd like to see in the future!

Rust Vest
This is my third post in my fall fashion series featuring Twisted Oaks Studio and Taffeta Design. I teamed up with these two incredibly talented artists for this photo shoot and couldn't be happier with the product! Click here to see my first two posts in this series!
This vest is everything! The rust/plum color combo is perfect for fall and it is so warm! I also love the sweater I paired with it because it's super soft, no wool! Tomorrow I will be featuring a poncho that can transition perfectly into winter so check back for details! I hope everyone is having a good week so far!

Off White Draped Jacket
Here's my second post in my fall fashion series featuring Twisted Oaks Studio and Taffeta Design. If you missed my first post, click here to view it and see what I had to say about these two wonderfully talented creatives! In brief, Jay, the owner of Twisted Oaks, was awesome to work with and the photos he takes are so original which I LOVE. Alex, the owner of Taffeta Design, has an amazing hair and makeup team that specializes in on location bridal hair & makeup. Her makeup artist, Kat, did my makeup for this photo shoot and it turned out flawless!
Now about the outfit! This outfit was a last minute decision, and I love how it turned out. I am OBSESSED with this jacket! I love that it's off white, and not bright white, because it can transition into winter well. It also comes in three other colors and is under $100. This oversized scarf is also a fave of mine; it's the must have scarf of the season and I have a feeling it will come back year after year so it's worth investing in.
I hope you're enjoying these posts so far! Stay tuned for tomorrow's outfit where I'll feature one of my favorite vests of the season!

Perfect Plaid
This week I will be posting a series of fall photos featuring Twisted Oaks Studio and Taffeta Design. I am BEYOND excited to share these professional photos with you guys. I wanted some fresh, original, creative content and I got what I was looking for & more!
When I first stumbled across the Instagram of Twisted Oaks, I was so impressed with and in awe of each photo- they were all so beautiful to me because they were unlike anything I've ever seen. Fast forward and here I am, looking at my gallery shot by Jay, impressed and in awe all over again. Jay is so creative and he had a vision for this shoot so I trusted him and went with it. Needless to say, my photos turned out AMAZING. I had a great time working with Jay and his wife, Sandi. They produced so many photos to choose from and I love that they're from different perspectives. They specialize in wedding and portrait photography so if you are newly engaged, check them out!
I have known the owner of Taffeta Design, Alex, since I was little (she used to babysit me!) She has a wonderfully talented hair and makeup team, who I have had the opportunity to work with on multiple occasions. For this shoot, her makeup artist Kat did my makeup and it turned out flawless! Kat is a perfectionist so I didn't expect anything less! She captured the look I was going for so effortlessly. Not to mention she's one of the sweetest humans I've ever met! Alex and her team specialize in bridal hair and makeup, so if you are a bride to be, check them out!
I hope you all enjoy this series as much as I do. We shot these photos at Batsto Village in the heart of the pine barrens. Everything about it screams creativity, beauty, and fall fashion. From the makeup, to the clothes, to the scenery. EVERYTHING turned out just how I wanted! I have so many ideas for more professional shoots, so I will definitely be doing more features like this in the future!
