Let's talk fall skincare! I posted my full routine here, but today I want to share more details about a brand I have come to love: Kopari. All of their products are organic and have a coconut oil base. I used their coconut scrub and coconut body milk all summer and became obsessed. Seriously, I couldn't shower without using the scrub! It left my skin feeling so moisturized, not to mention it smells amazing. The body milk was the perfect product to follow up with, locking in the moisture. Needless to say, I was super excited to try their skincare line and signature product: the coconut melt.
KOPARI COCONUT MELT
This stuff is bomb. It's pure organic coconut oil and is solid at room temperature. When you scoop it out, it literally melts in your hands and leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. I also use this as a hair mask every now and then (but not too often). If you're going to use it as a hair mask, wash your hair and then apply a little bit from mids to ends and comb it through. Let it sit for a little while. When you rinse it, be sure to rinse it thoroughly and use a clarifying shampoo because you want to get all of it out. The results are amazing and you will have smooth, shiny hair for days!
KOPARI COCONUT CLEANSING OIL
The coconut cleansing oil has become a regular in my skincare routine. I use this as a precleanse to get all of the makeup, dirt, oils, etc. off of my face at the end of the day. I apply it to my face dry, then use a warm wash cloth to take it off. Believe me when I tell you it works like a charm! I love the thin consistency because a little bit goes a long way.
KOPARI COCONUT FACE CREAM
The coconut face cream is a great basic cream! It is moisturizing and did not make me break out (major plus). I love that it's lightweight yet still has a creamy texture. Because it's lightweight, I like using it in the morning when I know I will also be layering primer and foundation on top. If you are sensitive to scented creams, this one would be great for you because it doesn't have an overpowering smell!
KOPARI LIP LOVE
I am obsessed with the lip love! I put it on my lips every night before bed and it is SO hydrating! I can't wait to continue to use it throughout the colder months when my lips tend to get really dry. Kopari just released this kit with the lip love in three shades! It's on my wishlist and would also make a great gift.
KOPARI COCONUT ROSE TONER
The coconut rose toner has also become a staple in my routine. I love using it as a setting spray after I apply my makeup. I also use it throughout the day if I need a refresh. It smells so good, but make sure you extend your arm out all the way before spraying! It comes out with some force as opposed to just a mist haha.
